Pub Runs are Back! Join us for the first one of the summer series on Wednesday, April 16 at 6 p.m. at Llywelyn's Pub in Webster Groves. Click here for the schedule and more details! While the runs are FREE, we do require a one-time RSVP. Running is fun. Running with people is more fun. Enjoying post-run refreshments is possibly the most fun, so join us each month as runners, walkers and beer lovers come together to enjoy a little exercise, great food, drink and camaradarie at the Big River Pub Run Series.

Are your ready for summer? Are you ready to get fast? Big River is excited to announce that its annual Speedwork Sessions are expanding to a three nights this summer beginning May 13! Big River Running will host FREE speedwork sessions designed to help you run a fast 5k at the end of the summer. All paces and abilities welcome! Details and registration here.

Big River will honor the victims of last year’s attack and their families at all of our Monday night 6pm group runs on April 21.  We’re asking all runners & walkers to wear the official colors of the Boston marathon – yellow and blue, and we’ll have a brief moment of silence to remember the victims and their families before setting off on the runs.  #bostonstrong

Big River has always offered top-notch training programs for runners and walkers tackling any distance from a 5k to a marathon. We are excited to announce that we are partnering with Big Shark Bicyle Company for a triathlon training program. Starting at the end of April and culminating with the New Town Tri on July 13, the GO BIG Triathlon Training program, is geared toward beginner triathletes, but would benefit any triathlete looking for additional guidance. Big River Running is proud to provide its running expertise for triathletes in training through this extensive program. Informational meetings will be held at 7 pm April 15 (Big Shark's Loop location) and April 22 (Big Shark's West location). Details and registration can be found HERE.
