Welcome to the 2nd Annual Nike Big River Team Video Challenge!

WHAT IS IT?: Well it is basically the coolest thing ever!
Here's how it works; You've got until August 31st to make a 1 minute video telling us why your team should be one of the finalists for this season's Team Video Challenge. Make your video as creative as you can and remember this season's Nike Slogan - "Run Hungry. Tast Victory." All of the athletes at Nike do all the little things right; they stretch, they do drills and they always make sure to get enough sleep. We want to see you guys taking every advantage to make your video the best it can be!
SUBMISSION: Teams may post their videos on youtube, blip.tv, flotrack or other video sharing sites. Just send the link to Kyle at kyle@bigriverrunning.com.
THE RULES:
All teams must submit their one minute entry video by August 31st. Our panel will select the top 3-5 submissions. Winners will be notified by September 7th. Winning teams will be given a flip video cam courtesy of Nike for the diuration of their season. Teams will be asked to take footage on the camera during the season. After the State Meet teams will create and submit their video montage and we will send it off to Nike's marketing gurus in Oregon to add some final touches (sound, logos, transitions) to make the final montage video for each team.
THE PARTY AND THE PRIZES: On Saturday, December 1st the 3-5 teams who were selected as finalists will be invited to a private viewing party hosted by Nike and Big River Running Company. Teams will watch a special feed on the big screen of the Nike Cross Nationals Meet live from Portland, Oregon followed by each team's official Nike Team Montage Video. Our panel will select the best video and the winning team will win team customized Nike Element Half-Zips and other cool Nike gear for 2013!!
ELIGIBILITY: Contest is open to any Missouri high school cross country team in the Saint Louis Metropolitan area. If you want to know if your team is eligible just email Kyle at kyle@bigriverrunning.com and he will let you know.
