Anyone know where we can get accurate body fat % testing? Would prefer the submersion technique, but any really accurate way would do.

Mike, I might have messed up by purchasing a blue Nike singlet off the wall with Big River's logo on it. Do I need to purchase a "white" singlet to be a member of the White Team? Recently strained my right groin muscle and have been nursing it since it happened last week. Hope all is well and your running is Great! - Bob
