Absolutely! We know that sometimes you can't just pick something out of catalog. We have a fair amount of stocked samples and have the ability to order pieces for you to see before making a decision on what will work best.

Can I see what my uniforms will look like before they are printed?
Of course! After every order is placed and the artwork has been selected, we will send you a digital proof what the art will look like on the apparel. Once you give the ok, they will printed.
What if I need more sizes of an item?
It happens all the time! Just call me and I will order more!
Do I need to provide a tax exempt proof when making an order?
Yes, a tax exempt form or number will do.
If I need to make a really large order, can Big River handle something of that size?
Not a problem. If you're a race director looking to make a large T-shirt order for example, we have the ability, the manpower, and even the transportation (The Big River truck!) to deliver the order. We will usually require a down payment for an over 1000 units.
My team is not in St. Louis, but I'm interested in a Team Night or Team Clinic...
No problemo. Let us bring the store to you. Our Big River truck will be stocked full of all the shoes, spikes, apparel and accessories you will ever need!
