I bet each of you can think of a woman you know who juggles work, family responsibilities, cooking, cleaning, volunteering and keeping the house stocked with toilet paper. And on top of it all, they work hard to be the best person they can be in terms of being a healthy, happy person. As you all probably know, running and exercise are key ingredients to a happy, healthy life.”

Women’s Running Series
Every Tuesday night in April at 6:30 p.m.
